This small group activity is a nice way to recognise children's interpretation of different animals and the sounds that they make. Allow the children to take it in turns choosing a card to pick up and turn over. Encourage them to talk about what they can see in the picture before choosing a musical instrument to make a sound that they think matches their chosen picture.
